The professional padel circuit has been shaken by the unexpected split between Juan Lebron and Franco Stupaczuk. This duo, ranked third in the world, had shown great promise at the start of the season, reaching four finals in four tournaments and securing a title in Cancún. Despite their strong performance, the partnership has come to an abrupt end.

One of the reasons behind this separation is Stupaczuk’s injury, which has forced him to withdraw from upcoming tournaments, including the Doha Major. On social media, Stupaczuk shared that medical tests confirmed his need to take a break and focus on recovery. This development has left Lebron searching for a new partner, and he has now teamed up with Alex Ruiz for future events.

The sudden split has sparked speculation among fans and experts. Some wonder if the injury is the sole reason for the breakup or if other factors played a role. Regardless, this change has created a ripple effect in the padel world, with new pairings and dynamics emerging on the circuit.

As the Doha Major unfolds, the absence of Stupaczuk and the new partnership between Lebron and Ruiz will undoubtedly be key talking points. The tournament promises exciting matches and surprises, as players adapt to these changes and compete for glory.

This was Stupa’s message.

“I always like to tell them good news but unfortunately this time it’s not the case.
I had some medical tests done and the diagnosis has confirmed that I have an injury that forces me to stop and prioritize my recovery.
Me da mucha pena no poder disputar los próximos torneos en Qatar y Bruselas.
I have already started tomorrow and afternoon to work on the rehabilitation, with my physios, to come back as fast and strong as possible⚡️💪
Thank you very much to my team @juanlebronc @carlospozzoni and to all those who always support me both in good and bad times 🙏

I’ll be supporting the wolf 🐺 and the captain @alexruizoficial11🛡️como one more fan in Belgium”
