After the success of the first three editions, the Football Moments Padel Tour is ready to land in one of the largest Italian indoor venues. It all started from Football Moments, a community started on Instagram thanks to an idea by Davide Muscarello and Pietro Deideri, GS Events and organizers of the event.
The fourth edition of the Football Moments Padel Tour was presented on the morning of Tuesday 25 June at the NH Hotel in Piazza Carlo Emanuele II 15 in Turin.
The initiative, like every year, was born with a single purpose, to support the cancer treatment and research activities of the Candiolo Institute – IRCCS.
The donation and hte soccer stars
Entrance to the Palavillage is free, but it will be possible to make a donation of a minimum of 5 euros.
The parterre of sporting personalities present at the Palavillage is rich . There will be world champions Luca Toni and Antonio Cabrini, but also Daniele Rugani , defender of Juventus , and Riccardo Cotilli, paralympic athlete of the Italian National Athletics Team.
The roster of former footballers present also includes: Claudio Marchisio, Simone Pepe, Nelson Dida, Borja Valero, Alessandro Matri, Simone Loria, Tomas Locatelli, Corrado Grabbi, Franco Semioli, Lucas Biglia, Simone Pesce, Roberto Cravero, Nicola Amoruso, Alessandro Budel , Gianmario Comi, Robert Acquafresca, Enrico Annoni, Riccardo Maspero, Massimo Maccarone, Omar Milanetto and Stefano Bettarini.
The day will end with a gala dinner and a charity auction at the Lentini’s restaurant in Corso Moncalieri 205 in Turin, where guests and athletes involved will be able to recharge after a great event dedicated to sport and solidarity. The funds raised during the evening will be used to purchase a multi-parameter monitor for use by surgeons in the operating room. This equipment allows for monitoring the hemodynamic conditions of critical patients, identifying physiological changes and the achievement of therapeutic objectives in real time, thus having the ability to improve outcomes.
