This Saturday, at the Islas Malvinas Sports Center, the official activity of the Mar del Plata Premier Padel P1 will begin; one of the most prestigious on the circuit and will feature some of the top figures. There will be 48 pairs between ladies and gentlemen seeking to get into the main draw from a quality in which, among others, the pairs that qualified through the Selective Tournament organized by the Argentine Padel Association (APA) will participate.
In total, there will be 32 male and 16 female pairs will seek the remaining spots (8 and 4, respectively) to complete the main draw. The matches will begin at 9 on the three specially set up fields at the Islas Malvinas Sports Center. This classification will be completed with another intense day of matches on Sunday.
As for the final phase of the event, next Friday the 24th the quarterfinals will be played in two rounds. For that date, there will only be one field enabled, which will host four games starting at 9 a.m. and another four starting at 4 p.m.
Meanwhile, on Saturday the 25th the semifinals will be played starting at 4:00 p.m. The finals are scheduled for Sunday, with the women’s match at 2:00 p.m. and the men’s decisive match.
