Amali Island, which spans over 1.2 million square meters and is six minutes’ boat ride from Dubai, is situated between the “Islands of the World” project’s neighboring islands, Sao Paulo and Uruguay. It will have 24 villas in four distinct types, each having five to seven bedrooms, a roof terrace, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a movie theater, a sauna, and a spa. All of these villas will be furnished with luxurious amenities.
Residents would have access to a clubhouse spanning over 900 square meters on the island, which will feature tennis courts, padel courts, and member-only floats. A floating helipad, a marina, a cigar bar, yoga terraces, and a restaurant are among the additional amenities located in this core region.
A boat storage, water sports facilities, and a 50 m² private beach with floating deck chairs are also available to visitors outside each property.
Amali Island won’t be finished until 2027, so you’ll have to wait if you want to whack the ball in the most opulent settings on the planet. A villa will set you anywhere between 50 million Dhs (12.700.000 euros) to 250 million Dhs (63.000.000 euros).
