Laois Hotel Lodges in County Laois, Ireland, has announced exciting plans to enhance its amenities with the addition of padel ball courts. This project reflects the lodge’s commitment to providing guests with a diverse range of activities and a comprehensive leisure experience.
In the hotel grounds at Graiguecullen, Talbot Hotel Carlow Limited has filed a planning application for the construction of two padel courts west of the current hotel building.
According to Talbot Hotel Company representatives, their client plans to put the courts on the existing raised parking lot west of the hotel structure. It is acknowledged that some parking spots for cars will be taken away to provide room for the courts.
Padel has been gaining popularity worldwide due to its accessibility and dynamic nature, making it a perfect fit for the hotel’s facilities. The inclusion of these courts aims to attract both seasoned players and newcomers, offering guests another enjoyable activity during their stay.
The hotel’s management team is confident that this new addition will not only enrich the guest experience but also support the local community by creating opportunities for recreational sports. The courts are expected to be a valuable asset for hosting events, tournaments, and social gatherings, further establishing Laois Hotel Lodges as a premier destination in the region.
As construction gets underway, anticipation grows for the official opening of the courts. The lodge’s ongoing efforts to innovate and expand its offerings demonstrate a clear vision for the future, continually enhancing the appeal and value of the property for all visitors.
