The 2024 Open Padel Cup for Government Institutions, proudly sponsored by KuCoin, concluded successfully at Just Padel – Mina Rashid on December 15th. The event saw intense competitions among various government departments, showcasing exceptional skill and sportsmanship.
The tournament, which took place over three exciting days, featured 50 governmental sectors participating, turning it into a spectacular showcase of talent and camaraderie. The final day of the champion match was filled with intense matches and culminated in a grand celebration as the Dubai Police Team emerged victorious.
The Dubai Police Team not only won the championship but also dominated the tournament by securing the top three positions. The Dubai Police Team ‘B’ was crowned champions, followed by Team ‘C’ in second place, and Team ‘D’ taking the bronze medal.
The awards ceremony was attended by prominent dignitaries, including Saeed Al Marri, Secretary-General of the UAE Padel Association, Dr. Gao Wei representing title sponsors KuCoin, and Anwar Idrissi, Director of Just Padel. The event also featured a special luncheon for VIPs, sponsored by KuCoin, where representatives from the Dubai Sports Council, the UAE Padel Association, and media professionals engaged in meaningful conversations.
