Pure Padel has revealed plans to open Glasgow’s first indoor padel club in January 2026, marking a significant expansion for the UK’s fastest-growing padel operator. The new facility will be located at The Forge Retail Park and will span 40,000 square feet, featuring 10 courts—including a dedicated competition court—alongside food and beverage areas, social spaces, and event facilities.
Expanding reach and community impact
This will be Pure Padel’s first club in Scotland and its largest venue so far, signaling a new chapter for both the company and Glasgow’s sports scene. The indoor setup allows for year-round play, and its central location is expected to attract a wide range of players, from casual enthusiasts to tournament-level competitors.
The club will also serve as a hub for corporate events and community programmes, reinforcing Pure Padel’s commitment to making the sport more accessible and socially engaging.
Building momentum across the UK
The Glasgow announcement comes just days after Pure Padel confirmed its new Birmingham venue, also scheduled to open in January 2026. With two major clubs launching in the same month, the operator is accelerating its growth and solidifying its presence in key urban centers.
As padel continues to gain popularity across the UK, Pure Padel’s strategic expansion is poised to shape the future of the sport, offering high-quality facilities and inclusive experiences for players of all levels.
