On December 14, 2025, the Miami Beach community gathered at Sunset Padel for a heartfelt event honoring Sergeant David Cajuso, a Miami Beach Police Department motor unit officer who tragically lost his life in the line of duty. The tournament was organized by Sunset Padel owners Chris Paciello and Rafi Gibly, alongside city leaders and community advocates, creating a powerful moment of unity and generosity.

The fundraising initiative raised more than $165,000, which was presented to Sergeant Cajuso’s widow, Eileen Cajuso, to support her and their three young children. The overwhelming response reflected the community’s commitment to standing by the family during this difficult time.
